CCE designed a utility trailer for the Karcher franchises. As various machines are available from Karcher the trailer had to accommodate low angles as well as for robust loading and offloading of certain machines. Lower rubaride axles were used to reduce loading angles. The loading ramp was further extended to reduce these angles. Due to the weight of certain machines the ramp had to be suitably reinforced while keeping weight as low as possible for loading and offloading operations.

This trailer also incorporated our industrial rubberising and centralised jockey wheel. All logo’s and colours were matched to keep within the corporate identity of Karcher international
