CCE - Specialised Warehouse Sweeper Trailer Design
 One of our customers specialise in warehouse cleaning equipment. This trailer was specifically designed for their range of machines. The biggest obstacle to overcome was the low angle available for loading and offloading of the machines on site. This was overcome by designing the rear hatch to operate hydraulically for loading and off loading operations. The sweeper is simply driven on to the platform, lifted hydraulically and driven into the trailer. The platform then doubles as the rear door with suitable locking mechanisms and stabalising legs in place.
The final configuration gave ample space for advertising and branding as can be seen from the pictures. This system has now been enhanced and can accommodate manual hydraulics as well as a powerpack to speed up the loading and offloading operation.
